Through the kitchen area is the entrance to the ground floor stone tower with a circular home cinema/lounge.
This round piece was designed with one purpose in mind, comfort. It has a double height ceiling, a cinema, and a large foyer.

Also next to the kitchen, in the center of the house, is the large, covered summer living room with a giant U-shaped sofa facing the magnificent view. Adjoining the summer lounge is the annex building with a bar with professional equipment and a lounge area.
